 
TrioEditor - CMS - Content Management System
No special installation required. No database setup. It's a free download.
Just upload the program to your web server and initialize it with a login setup.
Once the initial login is setup with an email and password, no other login accounts are permitted. Only that email and password has access to the system, and the email and password can be changed in the future if desired.
TrioEditor Content Management System allows you to fully manage your web site. It's ideal for new website setups and it can easily manage existing websites.
Existing files in the web server have to be assign to the system, to become editable. The system won't scan the server for files.
