CSS menus don't have tool tips to define properties, because CSS properties are normally self-explanatory, like font-family, text-align or border-color.

Some CSS properties can have more than one value. Below is the example of the CSS border property, which can have border-width, border-style, and border-color as values. To enter them, select the desired values one at a time.
